Tyler Zander manages the healthy soils and invasive species control programs for the Taos Soil &Water Conservation District. He will inform us on the identification and control of local invasive species.
Tyler Zander, grew up in North Dakota, earned a bachelor’s degree from Washington University, and worked in conservation, wildfire management, and small-scale farming in the Southwest. Now living in Los Cordovas, Tyler is constructing an adobe home using traditional, sustainable methods that reflect his ecological values. His work and lifestyle both center on conservation, stewardship, and supporting communities in caring for the land that sustains them.
