Our program for February will be “Acequias and Restorative Agriculture”.

Our speaker for the first meeting on February 21st will be Chris Pieper. Chris is the owner of Mudd N Flood outdoor recreational store here in Taos.  He has been involved in a leadership capacity with Acequia Madre del Rio Lucero y Arroyo Seco for about the last 4 years. He will be discussing the history of the acequias and how we can scale our own backyards to provide restorative agriculture.
