Seed Swap and Planting Event with Mary Kanda
The intention is to bring seeds that we'd like to share or swap and get our seedlings started. Mary will speak for the first 15 minutes or so, explaining some of her methods for conserving space, germinating seeds, and organizing timing so that the seedlings will leave their “nursery” and enter the Great Outdoors with maximum vigor and protection.
After this intro, we'll share our seeds (and tips) and plant our crops. Flowers count as crops. You will have a chance to purchase flats and soil (if you haven't brought your own).
