What is engaging, insures a sustainable future, teaches critical thinking, improves health, and creates life-long healthy eating habits? School Gardens!

Enjoy a photo tour of local school garden projects and a report on how teachers, students, and the community are blossoming together.

Micah Roseberry is currently the UNM Sustainable Farming Teacher.  She is also a co-founder of the Taos Waldorf School, Cerro Vista CSA Farm, and Farmhouse Cafe and Bakery.  After teaching and farming in Taos for over 25 years, Roseberry went to Mexico where the Monarch butterflies winter, started a community- supported agriculture with 35 Mexican families, and taught grade 6 & 7 in a Mexican Waldorf School.  She came back to Taos with a mission to build the local farming network and community one seed at a time.
